Welcome to Magic Mirror, an AI-powered bridal try-on experience that lets you visualize your dream wedding gown on your own photos. By accessing or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of Service

Magic Mirror allows you to upload your photos and generate virtual bridal try-on images using artificial intelligence. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use of the App or generated images is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Magic Mirror. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Free Trial & Access

• New users receive one free try-on image upon first use.
• After the free trial, continued generations are available by watching rewarded advertisements or purchasing one-time packages.

4. Packages & Purchases

• Paid packages provide a fixed number of image generations, valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Packages are one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew and are not subscriptions.
• Unused generations do not roll over and are non-refundable.
• Package prices are displayed in the currency of your located country.
• By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and accept these usage conditions.
• All purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective payment terms.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Packages cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
• Refunds, if applicable, are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their policies.

6. User Content

By uploading photos to the App, you grant Magic Mirror a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and temporarily store those photos solely for the purpose of generating try-on images.

You retain all ownership rights to your original photos. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

7. Generated Content & Intellectual Property

All AI-generated images (“Generated Content”) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

You may save and share your generated images (e.g., on social media or with friends), provided that such use remains personal and non-commercial.

You may not sell, license, or distribute Generated Content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Magic Mirror (including its AI technology, design, trademarks, and underlying software) remains the exclusive property of GeniusMetaverse. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the App as intended.

8. Privacy & Security

Your photos, personal data, and usage information are handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including Turkey’s KVKK, the European Union’s GDPR, and relevant international standards.

We never share your photos or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload offensive, unlawful, harmful, infringing, or obscene content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or to violate any third-party rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or if your use poses a risk to the service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such actions unless immediate termination is required.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from AI generations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Mirror and GeniusMetaverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magic Mirror, GeniusMetaverse, and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via in-app notice or email). Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us for an informal resolution.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Magic Mirror.
